Cies Islands, in the Atlantic coast of Spain, are a nature reserve where access is restricted. Even more to San Martino island, where you can only arrive on your boat. Sea birds will be your only companion in this unspoilt white sand beach.
Cies Islands are an archipielago formed by three small islands on the entrance of the Vigo estuary, part of the National Park of Atlantic Islands. The most remote is San Martino, only accessible by private boats, provided you get permission. The number of daily visitors is limited. The two other (Faro and Monteagudo) are joined by the Rodas beach.
The beach
This is quite a long beach, with fine white sand. Only accessible in a private boat, it never is too crowded. And precisely because of this the most common view from the beach is the uncountable number of boats anchored in front of it.
The trees in the island provide some shade in case it is too hot, but don't be fooled by the Caribbean look, even if the islands have a mild microclimate, you are in the north of Spain and heat is not usually a problem here. The sea is particularly cold here.

Facilities
Nothing, not only in the beach, but in the whole island.
Nudism
This is not really a nude beach, but being so difficult to get there, you can usually find an isolated spot to take off your clothes.
